Set up in a cool climate, air conditioning is best, to keep the wax at the perfect consistency. For your skin, ensure hair is at least 1/4 inch long, gently exfoliate 24 to 48 hours beforehand, and keep it completely clean and free of lotions or oils.

2 Apply the wax.

Watch the short video to see the right way to spread the sugar wax. You want to be sure it's applied evenly and spreads in every direction to ensure an easy pick up. Made a mistake? No problem! The product is completely water soluble, so you can easily rinse off misplaced wax with warm water without pulling any hair.

3 Pull.
